Booked this service for transfer from Frankfurt Airport to Strasbourg, France. Excellent communication &service. Driver was early & accommodated our schedule. Arrived right where we were waiting. Company was a pleasure to deal with, reliable& answered all my questions, texts and emails. Definitely recommend them. I will be using them again for my return trip and in the future.
Can definitely recommend. Chose A1 as they were locally based. Our's was a tricky pick-up, as they collected 2 of us from Frankfurt apartment in a regular vehicle then we drove to airport. They changed vehicles there while we waited for 5 family members to arrive. Driver was back with us super quickly. The drive to Strasbourg was seamless. Service was efficient & polite. Though the driver didn't really speak English, it wasn't a problem as I was in touch with head office via email & communication was always super prompt. Vehicle was clean & easily fitted 7 suitcases & 7 adults with a spare seat in the front. Would definitely use again!
