1. General Provisions:

A1 Airport Transfer, with VAT ID: 021 845 31497, offers transportation services to its customers through its online platform (website).
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made by visitors (Customers) on this website.
By placing a booking with us, the Customer, on their behalf and on behalf of all members of their party, must explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments:

Customers can request transportation services online by completing the service booking request form.
Upon receipt of the booking request form and payment, we will send an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of payment.
Please note, this email does not confirm the booking but acknowledges the request.
A binding contract is established when we send a confirmation email for the booking.

Payments can be made in advance through our designated payment gateway or in cash to the driver.
We offer multiple payment options including debit/credit cards, Paypal, Bancontact, and online bank transfer.

3. Prices:

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. Additional charges, such as child seats, meet & greet services, and extra waiting time, will be clearly stated separately. We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

  •  Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.
  •  Cancellations made less than 24 hours but at least 12 hours before the pickup time qualify for a 50% refund.
  •  Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

5. Our Responsibility for Your Booking:

We ensure transportation arrangements according to your booking preferences. In the event of vehicle unavailability at the time of booking, we will notify you at least 24 hours before your pickup time. If an advance payment has been made for the booking and cannot be fulfilled due to any reasonable circumstance, a full refund will be issued.

6. Complaints:

7. Journey times:

The distance and trip duration provided are for planning purposes only. Please note that factors such as construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may affect actual conditions We recommend planning your trip accordingly.

A1 Airport Transfer is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process your personal information with your consent for contract performance or legitimate reasons.
