How does it work ? - The Arrival!
- You book a transfer trip by email (a1airportransfer@gmail.com), phone call +491788934476 or through a single WhatsApp message.
- Your flight will be monitored for early or delayed arrivals using flight number or aircraft ID.
- After landing, your private chauffeur will greet you at the airport arrivals terminal, holding a personalized pickup sign.
- Our driver will gladly assist you with your luggage and ensure your prompt and safe arrival at your chosen destination.

Best Service, My plane was delayed and took time also in luggage claim but driver waited for extra 60 minutes without fees. Great service. Surely , would take next time. Thanks a lot

Five star service. We were collected by our driver Rafaqat Ahmed who was fantastic. We were delayed coming through customs and this was not an issue for our driver. Happy to recommend. 🙂

Confirmed Pickup canceled while waiting at the airport! 🚨❌ We ordered airport pick up upfront for 2 adults / 2 toddlers and 4 suitcases (big van). The order process of the website does not work properly. Passanger numbers are along the process reduced to 1pax, special request like car seats deleted. Result: the order process online / website does not work as indicated. Then we were in contact vis WhatsApp app And could correctly send our request. They confirmed prompt and send confirmation for airport pickup. At the time we arrived in Frankfurt i reached out to the driver. He excused to be late 10-15 mins, which was ok for us. But when i asked specifically when he arrives at the terminal he said a time 40 mins later! So they asked us to wait additional 40mins for their A1 Airport Pickup! After 20mins waiting i tried to reach out again but noone took the call. After 30 mins i received a message, that they cancel the pickup and we should take regular taxi. Fazit: we were waiting over 30mins and then got a cancellation of the confirmed pick up. Worst experience ever and i can not recommend this company or their service!
Coming all the way from Australia, its always a bit nerve wrecking when booking transfers. This company was well priced and made our transfer experience from Frankfurt to Cologne seamless. Thanks again.recommended!
Preis Leistung Verhältnis ungeschlagen!!! Taxi ist so ziemlich das teuerste im Vergleich gewesen. Und für 30 Euro mehr bringt einen die gelbe Farbe auch nicht schneller als Ziel. Uber oder Flughafen Transfer günstiger als das typische Taxi, aber am Ende auch teurer als das Angebot von A1 Airport. Und jetzt kommt der noch wichtigere Punkt. Der Service - Wahnsinn!!! Permanenter Kontakt im Vorfeld über WhatsApp. Sogar Bilder mit aktuellen Standort. Der Fahrer unglaublich nett und gut drauf. Ich werde in Zukunft keinen anderen Service mehr nutzen. 10/10 Punkten!!!!
